Shipping & Delivery
We deliver to UK, Europe and Worldwide!
- Our orders are sent via the Royal Mail service.
- We dispatch all orders Monday-Friday. Dispatch times are usually 2-3 days, although this might be longer depending on the volume of orders we are handling.
- During peak times (public holidays, promotions & Festive periods) orders may take slightly longer to reach you.
- We cannot take responsibility for orders left outside the address if the customer is not in to sign for them.
- Occasionally in the event of a delivery provider experiencing delays, we may need to use an alternative delivery provider to ensure your order gets to you quickly.
If you are requiring your order in a quicker timeframe, please get in contact with use prior to your order and we can provide a bespoke Express shipping cost from our delivery providers.
Material & Care
Most of our jewellery is brass based, stainless steel and silver or gold plated (18-24k). Some of our range is also made from 925 silver. Each product has this detail in the listing.
It’s best to keep your jewellery away from water (especially chlorine), perfumes and sunscreen. This will avoid tarnishing and any potentially discoloration.

Your payment is processed and payment method debited at the point you place an order.
Returns Policy
Should you wish to return your order; you have 28 days in which to do this. We only refund return postage on items that are faulty.
For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable.
