Definitions

Customers or visitors to this website are referred to as “you.” Lola London is referred to as “us,” “our” or “we.”

Contract of sale

No contract will be established until you have received an email stating that your order status is "Dispatched" and the item has left us. Due to the nature of our business, occasionally items that are shown on our website will not be in stock - in these cases we will email you with your options which may be limited to an immediate refund (refunds take 3-5 working days to get to your account after we have processed them).

Making a purchase

When you purchase an item from us, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order and a unique order number. When your item has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirming this. You will normally receive a confirmation of dispatch email within one to two working days of your order being received and processed. In the unlikely event that the dispatch of your item is delayed, we will contact you to inform you of the date on which you can expect delivery. Unless your purchase coincides with an unforeseen issue in supply, orders will not take more than two working days to be dispatched. Most orders are dispatched on the same or next working day. Orders placed at the weekend will normally be posted on the Monday (or next working day in event of Bank Holidays). If you have any special requirements for postage, please contact us at the time of your order and we will be happy to try and meet these requirements.

Pricing

All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT and in GBP (£). We welcome purchases from overseas with options available to pay in USD or EUR. Any transaction fees that are added by your card company or bank are not our responsibility.

We cannot be held responsible for typographical errors on this site, including but not limited to those including price. We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions and/or product and price information without any notice being given. In the rare event of any mispricing due to unforeseen issues (such as IT applications or systems), we reserve the right to cancel an order placed (issuing refund) providing the option for the customer to order again at the correct price.

Packaging

We make every effort to package your items attractively, safely and securely. Upon request, we make every effort, to giftwrap. It is important that you retain any packaging if you want to make a return.

Postage & Delivery

All items within the UK ordered online or by telephone will be posted by Royal Mail and may require a signature. Regarding international deliveries, any additional charges that may be incurred for customs clearance are your responsibility and not that of Lola London.

If your order is late, please contact us. We can only refund non-deliveries when the parcel is officially classified as lost by the Royal Mail. This is 15 working days after the date of delivery. We will always try our best to make sure you get your items on time.

Quality, Colour, Shade and Size

We only work with designers & manufacturers which produce the highest standard of jewellery and accessories. We take great care to accurately describe and photograph each item, but the colour, finish and shape of unique handmade items made from natural materials may differ from one item to another.

We want you to purchase from our website with confidence and in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch with us and we'll see what we can do.

We reserve the right to make slight amendments to products on the website including differences in colour, shade and size. Once in receipt of goods the customer can return if not satisfied with the variations from website to actual article. The Customer's statutory rights will not be affected.

Returns

Should you wish to return your order; you have 28 days in which to do this. This does not affect your statutory rights.

It is advisable to send the item by Recorded delivery for your own records. Once item is received by us we will e-mail within 3 working days of receipt.

We only refund return postage on items that are faulty. For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable.

We understand that you want to shop securely and with confidence. It therefore uses an online secure payment service provider to process your card payment. This provider uses the latest Technology solutions to ensure that the personal and sensitive data you provide when making a purchase from us is not compromised. Use of our website

All use of our website must be lawful and not injurious to any third party. You must not copy the content or images contained within our web pages for commercial purposes without the written consent of Lola London. You must also not use our website in any way that undermines the credibility of Lola London.

Promotional codes / vouchers

On occasion, we offer promotional codes or vouchers for use on the lolalondon.co.uk website.

Each promotional code or voucher will detail any specific terms and conditions for the offer, but all promotional codes or vouchers are subject to the below terms and conditions.
1. Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or offers.
2. Unless otherwise stated in individual terms and conditions, discounts can be used more than once per customer.
3. Discount can be used in conjunction with gift vouchers.
4. Discount cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers.
5. Postage charges are excluded from the discount. Any discount will be applied before postage charges.
6. Discount cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be applied retrospectively.
7. This discount cannot be redeemed against items that have already been purchased.
8. All orders are subject to availability.
9. Lola London reserve the right to cancel, modify or suspend this promotion at any time.

Our returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights and nothing within these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.
